I purchased a 2024 VW Tiguan yesterday. I initially communicated with the salesperson, Christopher Napolitano, via email before visiting the dealership. He was incredibly prompt and thorough in answering all my questions.
When I visited the dealership, Christopher handled everything efficiently and clearly, based on our prior email conversations.
The finance manager was also precise and quick in handling the paperwork. While the explanation about purchasing additional warranties felt a bit unnecessary to me (though this is standard at most dealerships), everything else went smoothly without any wasted time.
I’m very happy with my 2024 VW Tiguan. If I decide to purchase another VW in the future, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Christopher again.

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Our sales guy, Matt, was very patient as we test drove 4 different cars. Answered all my questions and was upfront about everything. Laid back style. Not pushy at all.
A few days after I got the car, we noticed a small rupture in the tail light. Since I had taken a video of the car at the dealership (it was night time), I had proof the car was damaged before I purchased it. Talked to Matt about it and the dealership agreed to do the labor for free. I purchased the light from Audi myself.

I’ve been with Joe Heidt VW since 2021 in the midst of covid. I was first greeted by Alfrado and couldn’t be happier to have such an amazing salesman!! I recently had my lease finish up and he was able to get me into a brand new and better car with ease! He always helps me handle everything that I need to with a positive and easy going attitude. He also takes his time to sit down with me and explain whatever I am confused about (which has been a lot since I first got a car with him at 19). He is always attentive and almost always answers my calls, and when he cannot, I always get a call back in little time.
In fact the whole team, from sales to service is consistently kind and courteous to me. They remember me when I come in and go out of their way to make me feel at ease and supported.
I also recently met Camille, at the front desk. She was EXTREMELY helpful when picking up my new car. She even offered to literally drive me back to my house when I had already signed my old car over but hadn’t had proper payment on me for the new car 😅.
Overall, if this is a spot you are looking to probably shop at, or even looking at for a first car, I would highly recommend. Ask for Alfrado if you can :)

Just had the most entertaining car repair experience ever at Joe Heidt Motors. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I'd stepped onto the set of a top-tier sitcom—complete with an all-star cast.
First up, the dealership itself. Clean, organized, and so shiny, I almost needed sunglasses indoors. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making the whole process feel like a breeze. Special shoutout to the coffee machine in the waiting area—barista-level cappuccinos, anyone?
Now, onto the real star: Marcin, the wizard behind the wrench. If there were a Nobel Prize for automotive genius, Marcin would have it on his shelf. My Volkswagen had been making noises that resembled a jazz band warming up, Technicians at other dealerships couldn't diagnose the issue correctly but Marcin diagnosed the issue faster than I could say "Das Auto."
My vehicle was not just fixed but seemed to have a new lease on life. It even thanked me with a smooth, purr-like drive home.
Service department at Joe Heidt Volkswagen and especially technician Marcin made what could have been a stressful car repair into a delightful experience. If your Volkswagen needs some TLC, look no further. Just don’t be surprised if you end up enjoying your visit as much as I did!

This was the 4th dealer we went to when shopping for a 2024 VW Taos S for my wife. The dealership was pleasant with comfortable seating in the lounge and plenty amenities while we waited. The deal we received was the best by far from all the dealers we visited! That is saying a lot given the current state of our economy. Kris, at the front desk was attentive and informative, while Alfredo provided all the assistance during the presentation of the car and the sales process. Our experience with Mike the F&I manager was great with no hard sell tactics he presented the facts in an orderly, concise manner.
This is a family owned business and it shows in every aspect of this dealership. Alfredo has been there for 10 years while Mike has been with them for 18 years! The common situation is that sales staff stay with dealerships for 1-3 years. This says a lot! When it’s time for me to get a replacement, I’ll be going back, without a doubt. Thank you

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Our sales guy, Matt, was very patient as we test drove 4 different cars. Answered all my questions and was upfront about everything. Laid back style. Not pushy at all.
A few days after I got the car, we noticed a small rupture in the tail light. Since I had taken a video of the car at the dealership (it was night time), I had proof the car was damaged before I purchased it. Talked to Matt about it and the dealership agreed to do the labor for free. I purchased the light from Audi myself.

I’ve been with Joe Heidt VW since 2021 in the midst of covid. I was first greeted by Alfrado and couldn’t be happier to have such an amazing salesman!! I recently had my lease finish up and he was able to get me into a brand new and better car with ease! He always helps me handle everything that I need to with a positive and easy going attitude. He also takes his time to sit down with me and explain whatever I am confused about (which has been a lot since I first got a car with him at 19). He is always attentive and almost always answers my calls, and when he cannot, I always get a call back in little time.
In fact the whole team, from sales to service is consistently kind and courteous to me. They remember me when I come in and go out of their way to make me feel at ease and supported.
I also recently met Camille, at the front desk. She was EXTREMELY helpful when picking up my new car. She even offered to literally drive me back to my house when I had already signed my old car over but hadn’t had proper payment on me for the new car 😅.
Overall, if this is a spot you are looking to probably shop at, or even looking at for a first car, I would highly recommend. Ask for Alfrado if you can :)

Just had the most entertaining car repair experience ever at Joe Heidt Motors. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I'd stepped onto the set of a top-tier sitcom—complete with an all-star cast.
First up, the dealership itself. Clean, organized, and so shiny, I almost needed sunglasses indoors. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making the whole process feel like a breeze. Special shoutout to the coffee machine in the waiting area—barista-level cappuccinos, anyone?
Now, onto the real star: Marcin, the wizard behind the wrench. If there were a Nobel Prize for automotive genius, Marcin would have it on his shelf. My Volkswagen had been making noises that resembled a jazz band warming up, Technicians at other dealerships couldn't diagnose the issue correctly but Marcin diagnosed the issue faster than I could say "Das Auto."
My vehicle was not just fixed but seemed to have a new lease on life. It even thanked me with a smooth, purr-like drive home.
Service department at Joe Heidt Volkswagen and especially technician Marcin made what could have been a stressful car repair into a delightful experience. If your Volkswagen needs some TLC, look no further. Just don’t be surprised if you end up enjoying your visit as much as I did!

My husband and I had a fantastic car buying experience from start to finish with my VW Taos. Starting with Kris from the BDC department to meeting Alfredo our sales person. Michael the F & I manager was super nice and explained everything clearly and made the buying experience stress free. I have worked at dealerships myself in past and have to say they are by far the nicest group of people. This was the 4th dealer we went to when shopping for a 2024 VW Taos S for my wife. The dealership was pleasant with comfortable seating in the lounge and plenty amenities while we waited. The deal we received was the best by far from all the dealers we visited! That is saying a lot given the current state of our economy. Kris, at the front desk was attentive and informative, while Alfredo provided all the assistance during the presentation of the car and the sales process. Our experience with Mike the F&I manager was great with no hard sell tactics he presented the facts in an orderly, concise manner.
This is a family owned business and it shows in every aspect of this dealership. Alfredo has been there for 10 years while Mike has been with them for 18 years! The common situation is that sales staff stay with dealerships for 1-3 years. This says a lot! When it’s time for me to get a replacement, I’ll be going back, without a doubt. Thank you
