As a first-time car buyer, I walked into Joe Heidt Volkswagen feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to work with Jean Hernandez, who completely changed that experience for me.
Jean took the time to explain the difference between buying and leasing, and helped me narrow down my options based on what was most important to me—all while making sure I stayed within my budget. He listened, guided me through the process, and made everything feel simple and stress-free.
What I thought would be a long and intimidating process ended up being fun, easy, and quick. I walked out with my first car purchase (a Jetta!) and couldn’t be happier.

Just got home from the dealership and feel great about my purchase.
This is my 3rd VW that I have purchased from this location over the last 10 years. I had shopped around the local VW dealers and felt most comfortable with the staff at Joe Heidt, and by a lot.
The sales person, Steve, was very patient with us as we weighed different options at both his dealership and competitors. We genuinely felt that Steve was looking out for our best interests. He was so easy to communicate with in person, on the phone and also through text messages.
At the end of the day, we are extremely satisfied with the vehicle, the price we paid for it, the financing options, the warrantee options, and the overall customer service we received from Steve and the rest of the staff.
If you are looking for a new car and are considering a VW, I cannot recommend this dealer enough. The entire process was simple, honest and patient. Ask for Steve, but TBH, this is my 3rd car and 3rd different sales person and they have all been great experiences.
That says a lot about the dealer and their commitment to customer service.

After months of looking at various brands of cars, I never thought I'd be writing a positive review and recommendation for a dealership. My experience at Joe Heidt was a pleasure from start to finish. I worked with Alfredo, who was very knowledgeable and equally patient, as I was considering an EV for the first time and had a TON of questions. I didn't feel rushed (which was common at other dealerships) and there was never any pressure to make the sale.
Mike in Financing was terrific and walked me through some lease options as a first-timer. He also gave me all my paperwork on a thumb drive...easy & efficient! From the first text from Alfredo introducing himself before the test drive to registering my new car on the MyVW and Electrify America apps before driving away, I felt completely taken care of at Joe Heidt.

I don't even know where to begin. I couldn't be happier with my 2 week long experience with Joe Heidt. I first looked at my car on the website, was contacted to setup a test drive and handled with such care. I had researched the dealership and read review prior to going, and knew I needed to ask for Stephen or Alfredo. When I made the appt, I was driving and forgot to specifically ask. Luckily, I ended up getting to work with Stephen and can't recommend him enough. I felt truly taken care of. Stephen was lovely to test drive with, easy to talk to, and completely on top of everything. I think we had a little unspoken competition going to see which one of us was more organized! He won ;). On the day I arrived to pickup/sign for my car, it was ready and waiting for me. Stephen even makes it a point to purchase the extra stickers for EZ-PASS customers since we need to transfer the device between cars. I nearly started crying at his attention to detail. He truly couldn't be better at his job! I worked with Mike (financing) who also came with glowing reviews. His calm demeanor and un-salesmen like approach was so calming for me, especially because this was my first time financing. Mike didn't push anything and made it very easy to finalize all of the documents. I was given a FLASH DRIVE with all the pdfs of my documents. I live for efficiency. I am just over the moon and thrilled with my experience at Joe Heidt, Stephen and Mike, and will recommend them for many years! Thank you to the whole team!

This was a very easy, transparent, and enjoyable purchasing process. I’d highly recommend Joe Heidt VW. Corissa Hernandez, Sales and Mike DeNardo made it easy. Not the typical back and forth bull when buying a car; fair offer, no upselling, in and out in less than an hour. Additionally the Atlas SEL is a great value for the price.
I’m pretty sure our next vehicle will be a VW as we’ll purchase from the same Team.

I don't even know where to begin. I couldn't be happier with my 2 week long experience with Joe Heidt. I first looked at my car on the website, was contacted to setup a test drive and handled with such care. I had researched the dealership and read review prior to going, and knew I needed to ask for Stephen or Alfredo. When I made the appt, I was driving and forgot to specifically ask. Luckily, I ended up getting to work with Stephen and can't recommend him enough. I felt truly taken care of. Stephen was lovely to test drive with, easy to talk to, and completely on top of everything. I think we had a little unspoken competition going to see which one of us was more organized! He won ;). On the day I arrived to pickup/sign for my car, it was ready and waiting for me. Stephen even makes it a point to purchase the extra stickers for EZ-PASS customers since we need to transfer the device between cars. I nearly started crying at his attention to detail. He truly couldn't be better at his job! I worked with Mike (financing) who also came with glowing reviews. His calm demeanor and un-salesmen like approach was so calming for me, especially because this was my first time financing. Mike didn't push anything and made it very easy to finalize all of the documents. I was given a FLASH DRIVE with all the pdfs of my documents. I live for efficiency. I am just over the moon and thrilled with my experience at Joe Heidt, Stephen and Mike, and will recommend them for many years! Thank you to the whole team!

Just got home from the dealership and feel great about my purchase.
This is my 3rd VW that I have purchased from this location over the last 10 years. I had shopped around the local VW dealers and felt most comfortable with the staff at Joe Heidt, and by a lot.
The sales person, Steve, was very patient with us as we weighed different options at both his dealership and competitors. We genuinely felt that Steve was looking out for our best interests. He was so easy to communicate with in person, on the phone and also through text messages.
At the end of the day, we are extremely satisfied with the vehicle, the price we paid for it, the financing options, the warrantee options, and the overall customer service we received from Steve and the rest of the staff.
If you are looking for a new car and are considering a VW, I cannot recommend this dealer enough. The entire process was simple, honest and patient. Ask for Steve, but TBH, this is my 3rd car and 3rd different sales person and they have all been great experiences.
That says a lot about the dealer and their commitment to customer service.
